FRUITA, Colo. - According to KDVR.com in Colorado, a woman claims she spotted a vampire in the middle of a dirt road near Fruita, Sunday night. She told Colorado State Troopers she was startled by the undead being, threw her car into reverse, and crashed into a canal.
She was not injured.
State Troopers say the woman's husband arrived at the scene and took her home. The vampire, which was not seen by anyone else, apparently let her get away.
Troopers do not suspect drugs or alcohol to be factors in the crash. Yes this is real, She thought she seen a Vampire! Dam sparkly Vampires

But at least the sparkles make them easier to spot so they can be staked.
I must confess to wondering just what she thought was a vampire. I'm wondering if she had a dirty windshield or something like that that would cause a person to see such things. Dirty windshields are a pain to drive with.
At least no one got hurt.

Hehehe, Agreed Cladd but this is my favorite part of this ,"State Troopers say the woman's husband arrived at the scene and took her home. The vampire, which was not seen by anyone else, apparently let her get away". Can you imagine what was going through that womans hubbys head? LOL.

Call me crazy... But I am wondering how OR why the Hubby got to her first!!? Maybe she should start feeding him a little "extra Garlic" over the next few days to see what happens!! LOL!! Very interesting story though!!!
Further, I am wondering if she may not have seen the very elusive Mothman and that "Vampire" was just the only being she could come up with as a comparison??!? Just a thought. ;D

It may seem bizzare but I wonder if he should just had her a crusifix and some garlic to keep the alleged vampries away.
But at least the sparkles make them easier to see.
