In the bibical new testament the Anti-Christ will come and be the end times. The Anti-Christ is seen in other religions including the book of Islam as "The Deceiving Messiah". The story in the book of Islam follows very much along the new testament in Christianity. The true messiah will come back and destroy the Anti-Christ.
Nostradamus claimed there would be three Anti-Christs. The first would be Napoleon, the second Adolf Hitler, and the third Mabus. Each Anti-Christ would be more powerful and terrible than the last.
In the new testament the Anti-Christ will seduce a great number of people and unite countries. He would break his treaties, be assasinated, and return from beyond. He would rally his followers where they would confront Jesus Christ and ultimately be destroyed.
It is also said that the Anti-Christ would have people bear a special mark to be able to sell our buy goods. Those without the mark would not be able to, be seen last at the hospitals, and in general be treated like second class citizens. The mark is claimed to be the number of the beast.
One Anti-Christ would rise from the sea with seven heads. There would be another Anti-Christ from the land. Could this mean both Anti-Christs are the same being? Or is there two of them? Could the other be an evil spirit manipulating the Anti-Christ?
A temple that was once destroyed would be rebuilt and from there the Anti-Christ would proclaim himself God.
Many historical and large political figures have been named the third Anti-Christ. Nero has been claimed to be the Anti-Christ, Saddam Hussein has been claimed to be him, even George W. Bush and Barack Obama have been accused of being the Anti-Christ. Many have dismissed these claims saying that those men just weren't smart enough and that they have not done what the Anti-Christ is claimed to do.
My Dad believes the Anti-Christ is alive and here on this earth.
If the Anti-Christ knows he is the Anti-Christ or knows what he's doing is unknown.
All we can do is go on what we know.
